Currently, we are only able to ship products to the continental United States. Due to the continued global impact of COVID-19, international shipping is significantly limited and we have chosen to temporarily shut down our international service so as not to compromise the overall quality of our service.
For security purposes, a signature is required for all deliveries. You will be notified via SMS or email on the day of delivery, so please be prepared to receive your shipment in advance.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time is 1-2 working days. The deadline for processing orders on working days is 5 pm EST. Orders placed after 5 pm EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday (delayed for holidays).
Sales tax is the responsibility of the individual buyer and we do not cover this cost at this time.
Free shipping on orders $60 and up, plus $4.99 shipping on orders under $60.
Shipping time is 3-12 working days.
PROBLEMS
If the order processing time is too long (more than 10 working days without special remarks), we will refund directly or arrange delivery as soon as possible and compensate you with a $10 coupon.
We are not responsible for your lost packages, but if you find your package is lost during shipping, please contact us, we will help you contact the courier and do our best to minimize your loss.
Please make sure your receiving information is filled out correctly first, if the receiving information is incorrect please be responsible for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have not received the product more than 60 days after delivery, you can choose to get a refund or have it sent to you directly for replacement.
