We want you to be happy with our products, but we know that sometimes it doesn’t work. For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, and we support unconditional returns within 30 days.
Orders are supported to be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order, not after 30 minutes (processed orders cannot be retrieved from the package pile). Our cancellation processing time is 24 working hours and refunds are arranged within 2 working days after successful cancellation.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Please ensure that your item meets all of the following returnable conditions:
Within 30 days of delivery;
New and unused condition;
Original packaging;
The item is not marked as “as is” or “final sale” (as indicated on the product page).
Schiebel reserves the right to refuse any return if the instrument does not meet all of the above conditions and is no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear, misuse, abnormal use, etc.
HOW TO RETURN
For returns and exchanges, please contact customer service in advance. Please send items with the original packaging to Schiebel Technology Inc: 8464 Virginia Meadows Drive, Manassas, Virginia, 20109.
If you are requesting a return or exchange due to missing items, functional damage, etc., we may ask you to upload unboxing videos, product pictures, etc. Please save them and send them to our email address if needed.
Pack and mail us the product, invoice, barcode, and all packaging and protective materials in good condition.
Once the return request is successful, please remember to email us the courier number and your information once the product has been shipped.
When we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the application form, we will begin arranging your refund. The refund timeline will vary depending on the payment method. Typical processing time is 1 to 2 working days; if it is late, please contact us.
